Welcome to VideoFlow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our TikTok video publishing platform. By using VideoFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

VideoFlow provides a platform for automating TikTok video publishing, including:

• Multi-Account Management: Connect and manage multiple TikTok accounts
• Video Upload: Upload and store videos for publishing
• Scheduled Publishing: Schedule videos to publish at future times
• Custom Workflows: Create automation rules for content distribution
• Distribution History: Track published and scheduled content
• Metadata Control: Set titles, descriptions, hashtags, and privacy settings

2. Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VideoFlow
• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your account with others
• One person or entity per account (unless on Enterprise plan)

3. TikTok Account Connection

3.1 Authorization

When you connect your TikTok account(s), you:

• Authorize VideoFlow to access your account via TikTok's official OAuth
• Grant permission for us to upload and publish videos on your behalf
• Confirm you have authority over the connected accounts

3.2 Multi-Account Responsibility

If you connect multiple TikTok accounts:

• You must have legal authority to manage each account
• You are responsible for all content published to all connected accounts
• You must comply with TikTok's terms for each account

4. Publishing & User Control

4.1 Your Control Commitments

We commit to the following user experience standards:

• Account Visibility: Your TikTok account name is always clearly displayed on any upload or publishing screen
• No Default Privacy: You must manually select the privacy level for each video; we never pre-select a default
• Explicit Consent: You must explicitly confirm before any video is published
• Cancellation Rights: You can cancel or modify scheduled posts anytime before publishing
• Commercial Disclosure: We provide options to indicate branded/promotional content

4.2 Scheduled Publishing

• Scheduled posts are queued but not guaranteed to publish at the exact second
• Publishing may be delayed due to TikTok API rate limits or technical issues
• You can modify or cancel scheduled posts before their publish time
• Failed publishes will be retried automatically and you'll be notified

5. Content Responsibility

5.1 Your Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload and publish through VideoFlow. You represent that:

• You own or have rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not use VideoFlow to publish:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Malware, phishing, or malicious content
• Content involving minors inappropriately
• Hate speech, harassment, or violent content

6. Automation Guidelines

• Workflows must respect TikTok's API rate limits
• Automation must not be used for spam or artificial engagement
• You must not use automation to circumvent TikTok's policies
• Mass-posting identical content across accounts is discouraged

7. Subscription & Payments

7.1 Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Billing begins after any free trial period ends

7.2 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription anytime
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods (except within 7-day guarantee)

7.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. Contact support within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• VideoFlow and its features are owned by us
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content
• You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
• We do not add watermarks or branding to your videos

9. Disclaimers

• VideoFlow is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee specific results or publishing success
• TikTok may change their API, affecting our service
• We are not responsible for TikTok's actions on your account

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoFlow shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions or failures
• Actions taken by TikTok on your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. TikTok API Compliance

By using VideoFlow, you acknowledge:

• We operate within TikTok's API Terms of Service
• TikTok may revoke API access at any time
• You must comply with TikTok's terms independently
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You violate TikTok's guidelines
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law or TikTok

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
